Onyx Typography Booklet

Approach: Create a stylized typography booklet for the font Onyx, inspired by mob media like Scarface, The Sopranos, and Goodfellas. Process: Built an urban, city-like feel with mob media elements; suitcases, explosions, dollar signs. Sharp edges and a strict black, white, and red palette established visual hierarchy. The final spread was designed to feel flashy and satisfying. Results: A cohesive booklet that captures the aesthetic of mob media through the contrast of red against an almost entirely greyscale background.
